The Midnight Gang by DAVID WALLIAMS

The book is about a boy who went to the hospital and made friends. Also at midnight they get at one of the persons bed and talk.

The main charecters were Tom, Sally, Robin, Matron, Amber, Tootsie and many others.

All of the children friendly to one another by telling stories to each other but the doctor was the ugliest person he has ever sean

My most favourite part of the book was when Tom was lyig in the bed mover he described the doctor ” the ugliest/freakiest person he’s ever seen.

I recommend this book to everyone over 6. ( You guys will defenetly like that book.

What was this book about?
Charlotte’s Web was about a girl called Fern who looked after a weak pig after saving it from death . The pig called Wilbur was moved to Fern’s uncle’s farm. The pig felt lonely without a friend. One day he found a spider called Charlotte the one who wrote the words some pig, terrific, radiant and humble on her web to help Wilbur survive. Can she help him or will it all end horribly ? The book is about a girl named Mary Lennox who used to live in India with her Ayah.Her parents and ayah caught cholera so she had to go to her uncle’s house.Her personality was very lazy as she never liked going anywhere. She lived there and found new things that she never before found in India.She discovers about this garden than has not been open for 10 whole years!!

The main characters are Mary, Martha, Dickin,Colin and Ben Weatherstaff.

He uses really good use of vocabulary and adds extra information in brackets commas and dashes.

The most exciting part of the book is when everyone gets back together again and Colin and Mary’s uncle are happy together and like each other.

I would only recommend this to only 11-15 years old to read this.

Book Review (A Christmas Carol) Preena Jina.Chavda

The book ‘a Christmas carol’ (written by Charles Dickens) is about a miser called Ebeneezer scrooge, he is a cold hearted man who despises Christmas. One night his old friend (who had died) haunted  him and his name was Marley. Marley told him about the three ghosts of Christmas past,present and future.from all those visits scrooge had become the opposite of who he was and he didn’t despise Christmas anymore but he kept Christmas in his heart forever.
I really recommend this book as it is very addictive to  read because you just want to come back and read it -especially when you’ve finished it. it also has a very good meaning which is be kind to everyone.

All the children hold a council meeting within themselves to get treasure and they start to dig for treasure in their backyard. Albert,their neighbour, helped as well. They dug deeper and deeper. As they dug more, it became into a tunnel, so each time a child had to go in and dig. Albert was too scared to go in and eventually he was forced to go in. When he started to dig, the roof of the tunnel had fallen on top of him, which made him stuck im the tunnel. The others feared the police would come, so they cakkedthe cook fir help but Albert’s un le came out to help them. He was finally out and they each got 4 pence each from the Uncle for their effort.
